As a participant in the Healthy Futures program, a registered nurse will offer support during your pregnancy and throughout the first two years of your child’s life. Your Healthy Futures nurse will answer questions and work with you to ensure your child has the resources needed for a healthy beginning. You’ll also receive health information periodically in the mail during your child's early years.
